How can I track the status of my order?
To track your order, you can use our carrier's platform. To do so, simply go to https://tracking.dpd.pt/track-and-trace or www.ctt.tracking.com and enter your tracking number, which is given to you when the order leaves our warehouses. You can view your tracking information in your order details.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we currently ship domestically and to the following European countries: Spain, France, Germany, England, Italy. Shipping costs apply and will be calculated at checkout.
How long will it take to receive my order?
It depends on your delivery address. Orders to mainland Portugal take between 1 and 3 business days to arrive. International deliveries can take between 5 and 7 days. Delivery details will be provided in the confirmation email.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay for your orders using:

Can I return my product?
Yes, you can return your product. We accept returns within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is in the same condition as when it was sent, unused and in its original packaging. If you wish to make a return, please contact our customer support team for detailed instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of defective products or shipping errors.
Do they offer payment plans?
We do not currently offer installment payments.
How can I request a quote?
We can send you a personalized quote. Please send us the details of the product you need, including quantities and any other relevant information, to the following email address: geral@digicold.com. We will contact you with a proposal as soon as possible.
Can I make a purchase without creating an account?
Yes, you can buy from Carel Controllers even without being logged in. However, we always recommend creating a personal account to make it easier to track your orders and contact us!
